What we do

Water, energy, mining, infrastructure and the ground beneath them all.

Since 2017, we have delivered studies, designs and construction for utilities, energy developers, mines, oil companies and development partners, from Kampala and Lusaka across East, Central and Southern Africa.

01Technical Studies

Know the ground before you commit capital.

We plan, collect and interpret the field and desk studies that reduce risk at concept, feasibility and bankability stage, from a single borehole to a 330 kV transmission corridor. Our specialists are in-house, so findings go straight into design.

02Engineering Design

Designs built on real site data.

We turn study findings into designs that can be priced, permitted and built. Every assumption is tested against measured site conditions, and one team stays accountable from first calculation to handover.

05Climate Resilience & Natural Resources

Planning water and land for the climate ahead.

We help governments, development partners, conservation organisations and agribusiness plan at the scale climate change happens: the catchment, the district, the landscape. Then we turn the evidence into plans and investments people can act on.

198,350 ha of natural vegetation converted in the Imatong landscape between 2015 and 2025, close to half of what stood in 2015.
